The RNA ampULSe kit combines two successful technologies. The aRNA is generated with Ambion’s MessageAmp™ II aRNA amplification reagents followed by non-enzymatic labeling with KREATECH’s proprietary Universal Linkage System (ULS) technology. Specific ampULSe kits are both available for the use with commercial platforms from Agilent, Affymetrix® (Genechips®) and CombiMatrix, and for the use with selfspotted DNA arrays.
