Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA)

Host: Mouse, Isotype: IgG1, Clone: Z009

FP 1*

Mouse anti-PSA stained prostate hypertrophy.

This monoclonal antibody is directed against prostate specific antigen (PSA), also called prostatic antigen. This protein is found in normal serum, and levels are significantly elevated in stages C and D of prostatic cancer. Anti-PSA is prostate specific, thus it may be used to distinguish prostatic and nonprostatic neoplasms.
Immunogen source: Human PSA. Positive tissue: Prostate gland. Expected staining pattern: Cytoplasmic.
