Host: Mouse, Isotype: IgG1, Clone: TAB250 1
Mouse anti-HER2 stained tissue.
HER2, also known as c-erbB-2 or Neu, is a member of the epidermal growth factor receptor family. Receptors of this family are located on the plasma membrane and consist of an extracellular ligand-binding domain that is connected to a large intracellular domain by a single transmembrane sequence. The cytoplasmic domain contains a tyrosine kinase that is activated by ligand-induced dimerization of the receptor. This family of receptors is important in regulating cell growth.
Immunogen source: NIH 3T3 cells transfected with c-erbB-2.

HER2 (c-erbB-2) Intracellular Domain
Host: Mouse, Isotype: IgG1, Clone: CB11
This monoclonal antibody reacts with the intracellular domain of HER2. HER2 is a tyrosine kinase transmembrane receptor.
Immunogen source: Synthetic peptide corresponding to an intracellular sequence of human HER2.
HER2 (c-erbB-2) Intracellular Domain
Host: Rabbit

This polyclonal antibody reacts with the intracellular domain of HER2. HER2 is a tyrosine kinase transmembrane receptor. Immunogen source: Synthetic peptide corresponding to a cytoplasmic segment of human HER2.
Host: Mouse, Isotype: IgG1, Clone: TAB250 1
