MaxArray™ Human Normal Tissue Microarray Slides
MaxArray™ Human Normal Tissue Microarray is formalin-fixed and paraffinembedded using standard fixation methods. Each microarray slide contains 30 different human normal tissues from 30 different organs. The MaxArray™ Human Normal Tissue Microarray is suitable for ISH and IHC applications.
The MaxArray™ Human Normal Tissue Microarray was probed with the antibody against a human antigen with an unknown tissue-specific expression profile and detected using the Histostain®-Plus Kit. The antigen of interest exhibits a tissuespecific expression (DAB staining in brown) at a high level in the acinar cells of the salivary gland, the germ cells in the seminiferous tubules of the testis, as well as the endometrium of the uterus, and at a low level in the adrenal gland.
MaxArray™ Human Prostate Cancer and BPH Tissue Microarray Slides with Patient Data
This MaxArray™ product for prostate cancer studies includes information on patient age, tumor size, color, consistency, cellular differentiation, and clinical diagnosis. Each slide contains 20 tissue cores from 20 different cases of prostate cancer, 19 tissue cores from 19 different cases of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), and a normal prostate tissue core as a control. Like all MaxArray™ human tissue array products, each tissue core is 1.5 mm in diameter, fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, and embedded in paraffin.
