Universal compatibility: ULS-labeled miRNA is compatible with any miRNA microarray platform

ULS labeled miRNA is compatible with all miRNA microarray platforms tested so far. The different platforms were tested either in our laboratories or in ß-test laboratories. In all cases, high quality data was obtained: high signals and low background. Replicate and dye-swap experiments showed high correlation and a large dynamic range.

With respect to hybridization, the hybridization protocol of the platform manufacturer can be used, sometimes with slight variations. Please refer to the Hybridization Protocols section for details and downloads.

Correlation between replicate and dye-swap processing of samples. Data was background subtracted, normalized, 2log transformed, and data from replicate spots were combined. Data between miRNA microarray platforms cannot be compared due to differences in platform content and in sample origin and processing.
