Poseidon FISH Kit
The reagents in this kit are recommended to be used with Poseidon FISH probes. It contains all necessary reagents used for basic slide pretreatment and washing steps for FISH.
The Poseidon FISH kit will allow to process at least 50 slides in batches of 4-5 slides per experiment. For the detailed Poseidon FISH Protocol, please refer to the Instruction for Use Manual provided with each Poseidon probe.
Poseidon FISH and Digestion Kit
The reagents in this kit are recommended to be used with Poseidon FISH probes. It contains necessary reagents used to pretreat slides which have been fixed in alcohol based fixatives (e.g. Carnoy’s). Reagents provided allow to perform mild digestion on difficult cytogenetic samples, such as uncultured amniocytes, direct blood smears, buccal scrapings, urine, touch preps and others.
The Poseidon FISH kit will allow to process at least 50 slides in batches of 4-5 slides per experiment. For the detailed Poseidon FISH Protocol, please refer to the Instruction for Use Manual provided with each Poseidon probe.
Poseidon Tissue Pretreatment Kit
The reagents in this kit are recommended to be used with Poseidon FISH probes. It contains all necessary reagents used to pretreat paraffin-embedded or frozen tissue sections or other formalin-fixed samples. A two step protocol, for pretreatmentand digestion, helps permeabilization of membranes to facilitate penetration of fluorescence labeled probes.
This kit also contains necessary reagents used for washing steps for FISH.
The Poseidon FISH kit will allow to process at least 50 slides inbatches of 4-5 slides per experiment. For the detailed Poseidon FISH Protocol, please refer to the Instruction for Use Manual provided with each Poseidon probe.
Fish Hybridization Buffer
Fish Hybridization Buffer (FHB) is ready to use hybridization solution used for Poseidon Repeat-Free probes. FHB contains Formamide, SSC, and Dextran Sulfate. Qualified for use for standard cytological and all kind of direct samples (uncultured amniocytes, blood, bone marrow, buccal scrapin, urine etc.). FHB is provided with all Poseidon Repeat-Free SE & ST probes.
Paraffin Tissue Buffer
Paraffin Tissue Buffer (PTB) is ready-to-use hybridization solution for Poseidon Repeat-Free probes. PTB contains Formamide, SSC, and Dextran Sulfate. Qualified for use on Paraffin tissues.
Whole Chromosome Buffer
Whole Chromosome Buffer (WCB) is ready to use hybridization solution for Poseidon Repeat-Free Whole Chromosome probes. WCB contains formamide, SSC, and Dextran Sulfate.
Qualified for use on standard cytological samples. WCB is provided with all Poseidon Repeat-Free WC probes.
Rubber Cement, Fixogum
For use in the formation of an air tight seal around the perimeter of the glass coverslip during probe hybridization for FISH.
